The dredge is made primarily from durable PVC materials. A waterproof switch located on the dredge allows the user to turn the unit on and off easily which saves on battery life when not in use. This also allows the user to dive with the unit while keeping the power source above the water. 20ft of cable connects the dredge to a battery, allowing for mobility. The Venturi multi-jet is powered by an 1100gph bilge pump that draws only 3 amps. The dredge utilizes a one inch flexible nozzle for easy access to small cracks.

Fine gold retention is better than 90% in tests performed while larger gold is easily captured. This allows you to work at your own pace, emptying out your concentrates and pan when desired. Simply vacuum material up and the lighter material is passed through the specially designed sluice while gold and other heavies are collected. It will process a pan's worth of material in approximately 2-3 minutes and operates in water as shallow as 4 inches.
